Yes, each day includes structured learning blocks such as:

• Circle Time

• We also incorporate creative arts, physical activity, outdoor play, and rest time

Children are only released to family members or adults authorized explicitly by parents and guardians. If someone not on the Emergency Contact List is picking up your child, a written authorization is required. The Director or staff member will need to check Photo ID for first-time pickups.

We're open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, on a 12-month school year.

Yes, state regulations require rest time for children in care for four hours or more. After a morning of play and learning, children are encouraged to nap with soft music, gentle support, or quiet rest time if they can't sleep.

Television and video are not part of our regular schedule or curriculum. On rare occasions, children may watch a short, age-appropriate educational program during mealtimes or in before/after care.

We observe all federal holidays and other predetermined days. 

Tuition is continuous throughout the year and secures your child's placement for the 12-month school year. Credit is not given for holidays, absences, or emergency closures.

• The CLC provides morning and afternoon snacks.
• Parents may send a lunch from home or order through Schoolhouse Grill, which provides healthy, USDA-approved meals.
• Children with allergies, medical, or religious restrictions may bring their own meals (tree nuts/peanuts not permitted). A doctor's note is required for medical exceptions.

Yes, we offer sibling discounts:

• 2 children full-time: 10% discount on the lower tuition
• 3 or more children full-time: 25% discount on the youngest sibling's tuition

When a child is enrolled, their space is reserved, and fees remain due regardless of attendance.

Yes, our facilities are equipped with 24-hour closed-circuit video surveillance (without internet access). These recordings are for internal purposes only to protect the privacy of children, families, and staff.

All teachers at the CLC meet or exceed requirements, including:

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Child Abuse and Neglect Training
• Health and Safety Training
• Curriculum Training and Development
• Associate's Degree in early childhood development or 16+ ECD Career Studies hours
• Full-time teaching experience in public or accredited nonpublic schools
